Development Process

There are several phases a project will go through to ensure a modular approach that keeps you updated, involved, and to ensure you get the most for your money.

ANALYZE

During the first phase of any project, we discuss your specific requirements for your application via email, phone, and site visits. This is so we fully understand the situation, and to ensure the solution is not only desired but needed. We will make certain we understand your desires to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds all of your expectations and requirements.

DESIGN

We will layout a rough design for the application and discuss this with you to be sure the application will not only meet your expectations, but to really utilise the advantages that automation and streamlining bring. This will include a detailed proposal that outlines all development phases of the project. This phase will cover things like wireframes and specifications.

DEVELOP

Once we have agreed upon the deliverables, We will develop the application during this stage of the project. We will work closely with you during the entire development cycle to be sure we are not only on track, but also to keep you in the loop. We work utilising a mixture of Waterfall and Agile methodology so there is frequent checks in place to validate the direction things are going in, as well as working in a sequential manner so each phase is completed before the next can begin.

TEST

We will do our own extensive testing of the application to avoid errors in the application upon which we will hand the application over to you. This is where you do your own testing of the application to be sure it meets your expectations.

MODIFICATIONS

If you find changes that need to be made during your beta testing, we will make those changes and hand the application back to you for another round of testing. Stages 5 and 6 will be repeated until the application meets your expectations.

DEPLOYMENT

After the beta testing and modifications stages are completed, we will assist you in the deployment of your application.

SUPPORT

We offer on-going support for any additional changes or extensions that are required that fall out of the agreed upon project. If and when the time comes that additiional things are needed, you can rest assured that the application can be extended, rather than having to purchase a new solution and learning how to use it.
